If you are not using insurance, I also offer private pay options. Sliding scale rates may be available upon request.
Cancellation Policy
To respect everyone’s time, I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
- Late cancellation / no-show fee: $125
- This fee may be waived in the case of emergencies.
